VISA REFUND POLICY

Visa refund policy

• Applicant (s) are eligible to refund of excess/multiple payments made while applying for regular visas at the Consulate

• The applicant(s) submitting an application on plain paper to Attache (Consular) providing copies of all details i,e proof of payment, visa application, copies of passport and bank accounts details within 3 months of having made such excess/multiple payments.

• No refund claims shall be entertained after 3 months of such payments.

• Mission will try to settle the claim as soon as possible, but no time frame for such refund can be given.

• The Consulate is not responsible if such payments have been made other Mission's bank accounts.
